To provide beautiful modern affordable living spaces in disproportinately impacted communities.
The company’s strategy is to acquire distressed residential properties through foreclosures, short sales,
and property tax sales in low-income areas in Chicago, Illinois, and surrounding suburbs including Gary,
Indiana. Jenn-Mack Properties offers a range of products and services, including long-term rental
properties, fix and flip investments, real estate sales, and property management.
Management and Organization
Jenn-Mack Properties is comprised of a professional team of consultants who are experienced in real estate investing, to include accountants, tax professionals, real estate attorneys, and several skilled contractors. The company is looking for like-minded real estate investors to join the team and help expand the company’s portfolio.
Funding
Jenn-Mack Properties plans to seek out private money loans from individuals with capital looking to invest. The company will negotiate interest rates and terms on these loans and draft contracts to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

Cassandra Jennings
Real-estate expert
Cassandra Jennings is a highly experienced property investor and real estate Broker affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, specializing in acquiring properties in disproportionately impacted communities. Born and raised on the southside of Chicago, Cassandra’s real estate journey began over 18 years ago when she made her first investment in a multi-unit property. While maintaining a full-time position, Cassandra’s dedication to education propelled her to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in accounting, followed by a Master’s Degree in Science Information Systems. After three decades in the corporate accounting and finance sector, Cassandra sought a new path that would allow her to prioritize family and community.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Cassandra actively engages in community service, volunteering for clean-ups, beautification projects, and serving as a CAPS community facilitator for two beats.
