Cassandra Jennings is a highly experienced Investor and Real Estate Broker affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. She specializes in acquiring properties in disproportionately impacted communities throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area.  Raised on the south side of Chicago, Cassandra’s real estate journey began 18 years ago when she invested in her first multi-unit property in her local municipality. 

While maintaining a full-time position, Cassandra’s dedication to education propelled her to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in accounting, followed by a Master’s Degree in Science Information Systems. After three decades in the corporate accounting and finance sector, Cassandra sought a new path that would allow her to prioritize family and community and focus strictly on her passion – growing her real estate portfolio.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Cassandra actively engages in community service, volunteering for clean-ups, and beautification projects, and serving as a CAPS community facilitator for two beats. For over a decade, she has dedicated her time as a mentor to high school students in disproportionately impacted communities, assisting them with college readiness in the Chicago area. Cassandra’s unwavering belief in the power of education is evident through her commitment. As a Broker/Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty, Cassandra specializes in assisting home buyers and renters. Drawing from her extensive experience, she emphasizes the importance of considering aesthetics and a property’s structural integrity and underlying systems—a crucial aspect often overlooked by buyers. Additionally, Cassandra boasts over 10 years of expertise in multifamily investment properties, particularly in the realm of distressed properties, rehabilitation, and property management.
